A former Philadelphia Traffic Court judge will spend the next two years on probation for his role in a ticket fixing scheme.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A former Philadelphia Traffic Court judge will spend the next two years on probation for his role in a ticket fixing scheme.



Fortunato Perri Sr. was sentenced Friday.



He must also pay a $,4000 fine.



In 2013, Perri pleaded guilty to federal fraud charges.



He was not expected to get jail time because he is in poor health.
