RITTENHOUSE SQUARE (WPVI) -- A water main break has ruptured again for the second day in a row along Philadelphia's Rittenhouse Square.
The break has re-opened at 18th and Walnut on Thursday.
On Wednesday, the break was reported at 6 a.m.
Video from Chopper 6 yesterday showed muddy water flooding the sidewalk and part of the intersection.
Police have shut down 18th Street between Walnut and Spruce streets for crews to continue making repairs.
