Injured woman found on SEPTA Regional Rail tracks

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- An investigation is underway after a woman was found injured on subway tracks in Center City.

Police say she was found on track number 3 between Suburban and Jefferson stations.

The woman was taken to Hahnemann Hospital for treatment.

There is no word on what she was doing on the tracks or how she got hurt.
