Man, 26, shot and killed in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 26-year-old man died after being shot in the chest in North Philadelphia.

The shooting happened just after midnight Tuesday on the 1100 block of West Ontario Street.

Neighbors say they saw the victim running in an empty lot where he collapsed.

Officers rushed him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made.
