Philly police pull over damaged car after fatal hit-and-run
Philadelphia police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run in Strawberry Mansion.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run in Strawberry Mansion.

It happened just after 11 p.m. Monday on 33rd and Berks streets.

Police said a man in his 40s was struck and killed while walking in the area.

An Action News Investigation has found an alarming number of solvable hit-and-run cases are not being investigated by Philadelphia police.

Officers stopped two men in a damaged vehicle at a nearby gas station.

But so far, there have been no arrests.
