3 injured in New Year's Day crash in Pike Creek, Delaware

PIKE CREEK, Delaware (WPVI) -- Three people were sent to the hospital after a crash in Pike Creek, Delaware.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. Friday on Skyline Drive by Ambler Court.

Police said a car slammed into a tree.

A man and woman were being treated for serious injuries.

Police are investigating what led to this early New Year's Day crash.
