POLICE: Man shot outside of Bensalem Bar

BENSALEM, Pa. (WPVI) -- Bensalem Township Police are currently investigating a shooting in the 900 block of Bristol Pike.

Police said it happened around 7 p.m.

Officers said when they responded to a 9-1-1 call they found a man with a gunshot wound in the middle of the road.

The man was taken to the hospital for treatment; no word on his condition.

The incident is under investigation.
