Fchante Robertson, 27, of Dover has been charged with murder, robbery and other offenses. James White, 30, of Dover, has been charged with robbery, conspiracy and other offenses.

The shooting happened at 9:45 a.m. Thursday in the parking lot of the Pine Grove Apartments in the 200 block of Webbs Lane.
