Police investigate shooting in Kensington

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- More than a dozen police officers descended on a Kensington neighborhood to investigate a double-shooting Tuesday afternoon.

Chopper 6 HD was over the expansive crime scene, along the 700 block of East Hilton Street.

That's where two men were shot, around 1 today.

Police say one of the victims, a man in his 20s, was shot once in the thigh and twice in the calf.

He's in critical condition.

A 34-year-old man was shot once in the hip, but he's expected to be okay.

Police have not yet released any information on what led up to the shooting or who open-fired.
