Police get into shootout with suspect in Germantown

GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- Police responded to the report of a man with a gun in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.

When police spotted the suspect around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of East Pastorius Street, they say he fired at them.

At least four officers fired back.

When it was all over, no one was hit, but police did capture the 20-year-old suspect.

They also recovered two semiautomatic weapons.
