Police: Man tied up, expensive items stolen in Center City home invasion

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a home invasion inside a high-rise apartment complex in Center City.

It happened around 5 p.m. Thursday at the Franklin Tower Residences in the 200 block of North 16th Street.

Police say three men entered the unit and tied up a man and stole expensive items.

The men got away with three Chanel handbags, a Cartier watch, and two iPhones.
