Man escaping police raid gets pants stuck on building

A police raid in Vermont led to an unusual rescue operation.

The incident happened outside an apartment building in Burlington Wednesday morning.

A man tried to jump out a second-story window and then got his pants stuck on a piece of the building.

He was apparently trying to escape a raid by Burlington police and federal agents.

The fire department used a ladder to free him from his perch.

Police say the 25-year-old man was not the target of the raid.
