Police: Search for missing potentially violent parole violator

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are also asking for the public's help finding a potentially violent parole violator, who went missing from a halfway house.

Sixty-year-old Damon Allen was last seen at the outreach center at 13th and Spring Garden on Wednesday night.

Police say Allen suffers from mental illness and may have violent tendencies.

Officials say if you see him, contact 911.
