DOVER, Del. (WPVI) -- Democratic lawmakers unveiled a bill on Thursday pushing to make Delaware the 9th state to legalize recreational marijuana.
House Bill 110, or the Delaware Marijuana Control Act, would regulate marijuana like alcohol.
It would be illegal for those under 21, or for use while driving and to consume in public spaces.
Sponsors of the bill say it's an opportunity to establish a new industry that would create jobs and generate revenue for state programs.
