PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Former Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams has been moved to a federal prison in Oklahoma.

Williams had been in a federal lockup in Philadelphia since his sentencing on October 24th.

Former District Attorney Seth Williams was sentenced Tuesday to five years in prison for accepting a bribe. Vernon Odom reports during Action News at 5pm on October 24, 2017.

Federal prison records show he has since been relocated to the federal prison in Oklahoma City.

Williams pleaded guilty in June to one count of accepting a bribe from a businessman.

The judge sentenced Williams to five years in prison. His release date is set for November of 2021.
