PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney commented this weekend on one of Donald Trump's latest tweets.

Trump took to Twitter to address the most recent episode of Saturday Night Live.

He wrote, "It's time to retire the boring and unfunny show," adding he didn't like Alec Baldwin's portrayal of him.

Kenney commented saying, "then Alec must have flew up your butt...the very reason he and the show must stay."

"Part of being an elected official is being offended, that's just the way it goes. People say things anonymously online all the time about me, but I'm not talking about a TV show or shutting down entertainment. To, me it's an example of the type of person he is and the type of person who shouldn't be president of the United States," Kenney said.

Trump did not respond to Mayor Kenney's tweet.
