Delaware Governor Carney signs parental leave bill

Delaware governor John Carney has signed a paid parental leave bill into law Saturday evening.
The new legislation will provide 12-weeks of paid parental leave for Delaware state employees.
It will also make Delaware the sixth state to offer the benefit to public workers.
