Car flips after crashing into parked vehicles in Germantown

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A driver lost control in Philadelphia's Germantown section on Tuesday morning, causing a string of damage that ended with the car flipping over.

Chopper 6 was over the scene on West Chelten Avenue near Wissahickon Avenue around 6:15 a.m.

Police say the driver hit several parked cars, before overturning.

The two people inside the car were trapped and had to be rescued.

They were being evaluated at the scene, but there is no word yet on their conditions.
