Fire damages beer store in Southwest Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A fire has damaged a beer store and several apartments in Southwest Philadelphia.

The fire started just after 2:30 a.m. Friday on the 7300 block of Buist Avenue.

Flames could be seen inside Eddie's Beer distributor.

It took crews about 10 minutes to get the fire under control.

There is no word on how the fire started.
