Gun found in Philadelphia high school

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Randolph High School in Philadelphia's Hunting Park section was locked down this morning after a gun was reportedly found in a student's backpack.

Chopper six was over the scene just after 10 a.m.

The student was taken into custody and officers recovered the weapon.

No one was hurt and classes resumed about 30 minutes after the initial lockdown.
