Man stabbed inside Center City Wawa

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A man was stabbed inside a Wawa in Center City Philadelphia.

It happened around 6 a.m. Thursday at the Wawa location at Broad and Walnut streets.

Police say a man was stabbed in the chest. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Police say the suspect was seen fleeing the scene on foot.
