PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Host Tamala Edwards interviews Joyce Wilkerson, Board President for the Philadelphia School Board to discuss the search for a new Philadelphia School District Superintendent.

In September, current superintendent Dr. William Hite announced his retirement, effective at the end of the 2021-22 school year.

The Philadelphia School District announced some major changes to its school selection process on Wednesday.
