Police van overturns in South Philadelphia crash

A multi-vehicle accident ended with a police van overturned onto its roof in South Philadelphia Monday morning.

The crash happened just before 11:30 on the 2000 block of S Newkirk Street.

Three vehicles were reportedly involved in the wreck.

A fire hydrant was reportedly struck as well.

So far, no word on injuries or what led up to the collision.
