Radnor swears in new police chief

RADNOR, Pa. (WPVI) -- Radnor Township police have a new top brass.

At Monday evening's Board of Commissioners meeting, Superintendent Christopher Flanagan was sworn in.

The current superintendent, William Colarulo, is set to retire on May 25.
