Whole Foods introduces Produce Butcher at new market in New York

NEW YORK (WPVI) -- If you've been to the new Whole Foods by the Art Museum in Center City, you may have marveled at the on-site theater style butcher who takes custom orders and fills them on site.

Well, there's a new kind of butcher doing live demonstrations at the new Whole Foods in New York City: a produce butcher.

It's said to be a vegetarian and meal prepper's dream.

You can watch as they dice, splice, mince, chop and create chiffonades of your favorite veggies - all you have to do is take them home.

No more peeling and no need to bust out the mandolin, it's like having a sous chef at the ready.
