Police: Woman chased, assaulted, robbed in Queen Village

QUEEN VILLAGE (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking for the man who chased, assaulted and robbed a woman in the Queen Village section.

The incident happened back on July 31st around 3:00 a.m. on the 700 block of Passyunk Avenue.

Police say the 28-year-old female victim was walking on the street when a male chased and attacked her.

The suspect physically attacked the victim and stole her cell phone before running from the area.

The suspect is described as a black male, 5"7" tall, light to medium complexion with facial hair.
