Radnor Township bank customers may want to double check their accounts.

RADNOR TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Radnor Township bank customers may want to double check their accounts. That's because police just found a skimming device on a drive-thru ATM.

They made the discovery when the machine malfunctioned at the Bank of America on East Lancaster Avenue.

Authorities set up surveillance and arrested the men who tried to retrieve the skimmer.

Investigators say Horea Dula and Kosztasz Barta had been cloning bank cards with the help of a hidden camera.

Radnor Twp. Police Lt. Andy Block explains, "That camera is crucial because it's watching the owner of the card come and put in the pin number and now they've captured that data."

Investigators say the pair stole at least $150,000 by installing skimmers at banks from New York to Maryland.
