LeBron James under contract to sell Miami mansion for $15 million

The former Miami Heat player's home is up for sale for $15 million.
James bought the 12,178 square foot estate in 2010 for $9 million.
The home includes a huge kitchen, wine cellar, movie theater, and private sun deck, plus guest house.
The house also includes a concrete dock with parking for two 60-foot yachts.

Sorry Florida homebuyers, LeBron James Miami mansion is now off the market.

In October, LeBron James put up his spacious and luxurious Miami home on the real estate market. According to Zillow, an online home and real estate marketplace, James' home includes amenities fit for a king, with a movie theater, outside yacht parking, wine cellar, and private sun deck.

James is now under contract to sell the home for for $15 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. James first purchased the house in 2010 for $9 million, shortly after signing with the Miami Heat.

LeBron James played for the Miami Heat from the 2010-2014 seasons, helping win two championships for the south beach squad.
