BRISTOL TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A Philadelphia man has been charged after a road rage incident on I-95 in Bucks County.
It happened around 9 p.m. Monday in the southbound lanes in Bristol Twp.
William Henderson, 18, is accused of using a starter pistol and firing a blank at a car with a two-year-old girl inside.
The car was being driven by the child's 30-year-old father.
There were no injuries.
Police say Henderson was arrested a short time after the incident.
