All SB lanes reopen on Roosevelt Blvd. at Solly Avenue; pedestrian walkway problem

Police say all southbound lanes have reopened on Roosevelt Boulevard at Solly Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia.

The incident was reported around 11:00 a.m. when a problem was detected with the overhead pedestrian walkway.

PennDOT arrived on the scene to evaluate the situation.

The lanes were closed while a bridge inspection was completed.
