PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A Philadelphia jury has convicted 44-year-old Tam Minh Le on all counts in a heinous crime from August 2014.

Now that jury will decide if he will be sentenced to death.

Police say the victims were tortured, stabbed, tied up with duct tape and dumped in the Schuylkill River, with cement weighing down their legs.

Someone of the victims survived.

Prosecutors say this case involved Vietnamese gangs and settling a drug debt.
