SEPTA buses collide in Oxford Circle

OXFORD CIRCLE (WPVI) -- Police are investigating an accident involving two SEPTA buses in the Oxford Circle section of Philadelphia.

The accident occurred around 10:30 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of Oxford and Algon avenues.

SEPTA officials say a Route 67 bus collided with the rear of a Route 24 bus.

A total of nine people suffered minor injuries.

The driver of the striking bus will be kept off duty pending further investigation.
