SEPTA: Overhead power issues fixed on Regional Rail Lines

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- SEPTA officials say the overhead power problems have been resolved on the Regional Rail Lines.
Passengers may still experience significant residual delays as service returns to normal.
