Dad accused of sex assault has felony charges dropped

BENSALEM, Pa. (WPVI) -- Felony charges have been dropped against a Bucks County father accused of sexually assaulting two young girls during sleepovers at his home.

David Huebsch, 36, of Bensalem, was in court for his preliminary hearing on Tuesday where those felony charges were withdrawn.

His alleged victims, a 9-year-old and a 10-year-old, were his daughter's friends.

Huebsch is still charged with indecent assault on a person under 13 and corruption of minors.

If he is found guilty of those charges, he will have to register as a sex offender.
