PORT RICHMOND (WPVI) -- Philadelphia detectives are searching for the suspect in a shooting in Port Richmond.

It happened Wednesday morning along the 2900 block of Martha Street.

Authorities say a 49-year-old driver honked at the suspect who was standing in the middle of the street blocking traffic.

The two exchanged words and the victim drove off.

Later along the 2100 block of East Cambria Street, the suspect allegedly pulled out a gun and fired several gunshots at the driver.

He was not injured.

The suspect then ran into the Santiago Dominican Supermarket to escape detection but was captured on surveillance video.

The suspect is possibly named " William", 19-22 years old, tattooed neck, skull tattoo on his right hand, brown eyes, goat-tee.
