SUMMERDALE (WPVI) -- Police say a 23-year-old man was shot and wounded in the Summerdale section of Philadelphia late Sunday night.
The shooting happened just before 11:30 p.m. on the 900 block of Bridge Street.
The victim was shot in the arm and chest.
Police drove him the hospital. He is listed in critical condition.
A black car with tinted windows was seen fleeing the seen.
Police are checking the area surveillance cameras for information.
