Magical proposal in rare Texas snow

BRENHAM, Texas (WPVI) -- Snow in Texas is a rare sighting.

But this snow event is sure to be one a Brenham couple remembers forever.

Travis popped the question to his longtime girlfriend Nicole outside of a Whataburger.

He says it was the perfect time because his wife-to-be loves snow.

The couple told KTRK-TV that they want to get married before the new year, because Travis will leave for work in six months.
