32 new medics graduate from Fire Training Academy

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A new class of paramedics are ready to serve the City of Philadelphia.

Thirty-two new medics graduated cadet class Friday at the Fire Training Academy in Northeast Philadelphia.

Among the new grads was Greg Browne, the husband of 6abc photographer Amy Brenholts.

Various awards were given to the cadets, including honors for academic excellence, physical fitness and spirit.
