Better bike share conference

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney spent part of his day putting the spotlight on equal access to bike sharing programs.

Kenney opened at the inaugural "better bike share conference" Thursday morning in West Philadelphia.

The conference, run by the Better Bike Share Partnership, will focus on a range of topics related to bike share programs, including payment, pricing, and community partnerships.

It runs through Friday.
