Bill Cosby seeking new trial during August appeal hearing

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court will hear arguments on Bill Cosby's appeal of his sexual assault conviction.

That hearing has been set for August 12th in Harrisburg.

Cosby is requesting his conviction be overturned and that he be granted a new trial.

Cosby is serving a three to ten-year sentence.
