Centennial Village groundbreaking

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A new affordable housing option is coming to West Philadelphia.

State Senator Vincent Hughes, and Mayor Michael Nutter joined the groundbreaking ceremony for Centennial Village Tuesday.

The finished complex will be a mix of 53 houses and apartments, along with some commercial space, along Parkside Avenue.
