Chocolate without the guilt?
Researchers at Temple University claim to have invented a healthier, tastier chocolate

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Researchers at Temple University claim to have invented a healthier, tastier chocolate.

The groundbreaking research published Monday involves zapping the chocolate with an electric field during production, while it's still in liquid form.

Normally, removing fat makes the chocolate too thick to flow properly for manufacturing.

But the Temple scientists say their patented process allows the liquid chocolate to flow even after removing 10 to 20 percent of the fat.
