Christmas turkey donations

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The wet weather didn't stop this annual holiday event at Drexel University Thursday.

Volunteers on campus were handing out, and loading up hundreds of frozen turkeys outside the university's Paul Peck center, that will be distributed to needy families in the area.

The turkeys were donated by members of Drexel's alumni association, along with students and faculty.

Every year Drexel holds this outdoor event,to make sure no one goes hungry on christmas day.
