Citizens Bank donates $50k to Cradles for Crayons

WEST CONSHOHOCKEN (WPVI) -- Some children in need will get a jump start to the school year thanks to a big donation.

Officials from Citizens Bank were on hand this morning to donate $50,000 dollars to the local non-profit group, Cradles for Crayons.

The organization hopes to donate 30,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to homeless or low-income children before the start of the school year.
