Councilman lets his wallet do the talking

PHILADELPHIA CITY HALL (WPVI) -- City Councilman Allan Domb is beginning to fulfill a campaign promise to donate his salary to schools.

Wednesday, he donated $7,500 to Harding Middle School, Webster Elementary and Lewis Elkin Elementary School.

Domb, who was elected to his first term in November, makes more than $129,000 a year.

He says, for the next four years, all of it will go toward helping schools.
