One grandmom in Arizona is now adding an extra table setting after she accidentally invited a stranger to Thanksgiving dinner at her house.

The grandmom thought she was texting her grandson and his girlfriend to let them know that the Thanksgiving dinner starts at 3 p.m.

Well, she was a few digits off and 17-year-old Jamal Hinton got the text instead.

"We established we weren't related but I figured I should ask for a plate since the offer was there," joked Jamal.

She said of course you can - that's what grandmas do - feed everyone!

So, he's going and says he's now sure "there really are still nice people out in the world."
