Improving emergency response in Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, Del. (WPVI) -- A new paramedic station is coming to one of the fastest growing areas in Delaware.

New Castle County is buying 5 acres of land to build the station off North DuPont Parkway, east of Middletown.

County council recently approved the 718 thousand dollar purchase to help improve emergency response times in the southern part of the county.
