"Light Play" public arts display

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- The Avenue of the Arts became a little more colorful Wednesday.

This is called "light play"

The public art sculpture is the brilliance of artists Mags Harries and Lajos Heder.

A plaque was mounted on the faade of SouthStar Lofts that explains the display.
