Literacy program partnership

COATESVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- This may look like a typical pep rally for a football team, but these students aren't celebrating a big game.

They're cheering for a new literacy program at Coatesville Area Senior High School.

West Chester university and Wells Fargo are partnering with the school district to make this happen.

There will be a new reading program for fifth graders, a college prep academy, and two scholarships to attend West Chester's summer academic development program.
