CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- The NAACP Convention wrapped up Thursday morning in Center City with a prayer breakfast.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch gave the last speech of the event Wednesday night.

She echoed President Barack Obama's call for reforms to the nation's criminal justice system.

Lynch said that change must begin with ending discrimination, wherever it might occur.

"And you know what that means, that means we have to look in the classrooms and the voting booths, we have to look in the boardrooms and the border areas," Lynch said.

Former President Bill Clinton also addressed the organization.

He spoke about his regrets over signing the 1994 Crime Bill that led to the imprisonment of more low-level offenders.
